Became enthusiastic about Customer Experience & Services.
đź‘‘ What I do best:
Communicate & share knowledge. I love working with people, learning with them and teaching them. I’ve been teaching and educating both as a university teacher in the past, as well as while working with new customers in my current job. Learning and teaching about new systems and services aligns very much with my interests and previous experience.
Prioritise & plan. In the past I have worked both alone and with others. Managing a whole project by myself has taught me to plan my work effectively. Being a part of a team has helped me to understand that adjusting one’s plans to others is a valuable skill in business.
Learn. Just like we should read a lot to be a good writer, we also need to learn a lot to be successful at sharing our knowledge. I love learning new skills and systems, and then supporting others on their learning journey.
Solve problems creatively. When working with customers, we can never predict problems and issues we might come across. Being flexible and enthusiastic helps to solve both technical and non-technical issues. All it takes is curiosity and motivation!
Readpeople. Emotional intelligenceis key when working in a team and collaborating with people from different fields. Having worked in a few completely different environments, I feel comfortable working with and in diverse teams.
Being proactive. I strongly believe that it’s much better to prevent than to cure. I feel comfortable reaching out to others to discuss new ideas and solutions, which can then profit both our team and customers. I like meeting with people, both in person and online, and won’t hesitate to organise a short meeting to avoid an email ping-pong.
